How is it going with the Animal Pak? Do you gag every time?

I don’t really gag on them. Sometimes I cant get em all down in one swallow and others it takes a couple swallows.

Should I get a personal trainer? How should I select one or what should I ask? What is a good alternative? Have you ever had one?

I think if a person has never lifted before in there life they really need the guidance.

That being said they don’t have to be a professional trainer. I know tons of people at the gym always willing to help. If you ask.

As for me I have never had a trainer outside of my football strength training coach in high school.

If you were gonna look for a trainer be up front about your plans. Let them know exactly what your after. They will let you know if your are right for them.

Do you know the proper way to take measurements? or a website that tells you how? I have the cloth measuring tape, Ive done it before. But I just feel like I'm dong it wrong. I want to take my measurements before I start my new eating/workout routine.

Unless are using a self holding measuring tape there it a margin for error. But here is where I do mine.

Neck: bout midway just before it starts to taper.
Shoulders: around the wides point of your delts but high on chest and back.
Chest: across your nipples.
Arm: Look for your peak and wrap it there.
Rump: thickest part of your ass. Tape is gonna cross over your crotch
Thigh: go about midway up your legs before they start to taper out to your hips.
Calves: Again kinda like arms you wanna wrap the biggest part. But unlike arms you dont need to flex your calf.

Bad Fan

Apparently I am a bad comic book fan/ reader/ lover. At least according to one of my coworkers. If I was a true fan I would go an buy each book as it came out, instead of just purchasing the collected additions.

Hold the phone.

Excuse me one second.

I like getting the collected volumes because they tend to contain a whole or major story arch. I am a boy that like bigger chunks of story (since ill still blow though a volume in about a day) so maybe I’m not the stereotype of a comic fan. But don’t tell me my readership isn’t valid.

  • Me (when it arrived): Yay finally have multivitamins again.
  • Me (opened the contain): Wow these kinda smell something fierce
  • Me (opened a single pack): I hope these don't taste nearly as bad as they smell.
  • Me (With mouthful of pills): Jesus Christ! Swallow ALL the vitamins
