I think rather then saying I prominently feature my butt, the prominent thing you have noticed from my blog is my rump. On the serious note though, I actually really like my legs and rear. I feel like they are one of the few parts of my body that look okay to me all of the time.
I give it no more attention then I give any other part of my body in the gym.
Do I have a goal for it? Sure I want it to be so big that you can see it from the front -_-
I actually write all kinds of stuff.
Fantasy, crime, horror, romance and hell I even dabble in writing fanfiction now and again.
As for what my novel is about, I’m not really comfortable posting the idea up here on the internet where it can be take by other folks.
This isn’t the first question I got like this but this is the first question that was this nice in asking it.
I am relaxed in a fair majority of my pictures.
But what I think you are probably seeing is actually my ribs, I have a big ribcage which even when I was little was always fairly noticeable.

Seriously I could barely do like 3 of either un assisted. Was always a weak point, even in high school when i was playing 3 sports a year.
Start with using the assistance machine. It will help build your base for doing . Once you can get em at body weight try to add additional weight.
They are not coming as my clippers can’t really etch proper designs into the face fuzz. And I was out of regular razors. Maybe next time I let my face fuzz grow out a tad.
I don’t really gag on them. Sometimes I cant get em all down in one swallow and others it takes a couple swallows.

I think if a person has never lifted before in there life they really need the guidance.
That being said they don’t have to be a professional trainer. I know tons of people at the gym always willing to help. If you ask.
As for me I have never had a trainer outside of my football strength training coach in high school.
If you were gonna look for a trainer be up front about your plans. Let them know exactly what your after. They will let you know if your are right for them.
Unless are using a self holding measuring tape there it a margin for error. But here is where I do mine.
Neck: bout midway just before it starts to taper.
Shoulders: around the wides point of your delts but high on chest and back.
Chest: across your nipples.
Arm: Look for your peak and wrap it there.
Rump: thickest part of your ass. Tape is gonna cross over your crotch
Thigh: go about midway up your legs before they start to taper out to your hips.
Calves: Again kinda like arms you wanna wrap the biggest part. But unlike arms you dont need to flex your calf.
I’m going to be stuck in a bus traveling down to Richmond, Va for like 8 hours. While it awesome to finally be seeing my friend again.
An 8 hour bus trip blows.

Are we talking to the sun or to the touch or to like injury?
To the sun? Yes but pretty much once and then I start getting color (and freckles).
To the touch? Yes but I am not telling y’all if I’m ticklish
To injury? Kinda, I bumped my arm into a rack in a store and cut it up easily but normally its pretty resilient.
